Why Atlas exists.
Saahil began his career as a data scientist, and kept running into the same gap. The analysis was sound, the frameworks were proven, but transformation still faltered in execution. Strategy firms set direction and left before the hard part. Delivery shops executed but never touched the decisions that actually mattered. He wanted to bring real structure to digital transformation.
So he founded Atlas Revolutions to be a strategic partner for transformation, not a consultancy focused on maximizing the number of hours billed. It is intentionally boutique: a trusted advisor, a small number of clients, and a commitment to stay through the messy middle where transformations are won or lost.
That conviction shows up in the work. Over 15+ years he has guided Fortune 500 companies and government agencies across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, launching 100+ Agile Release Trains, leading 8 enterprise transformations, and building some of the world's most complex systems at scale. The track record spans Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Finance, Energy, Medical Technology, and Manufacturing.
Saahil is a SAFe® Fellow and SAFe Practice Consultant-Trainer (SPCT), the world's youngest person ever to earn both, and a recognized expert in Large Solutions, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps, Enterprise Business Agility, and Agile Government Operations, and a contributor to the SAFe body of knowledge and certification exams. He is a member of the Carnegie Mellon Federally Funded Research and Development Center on Agile Collaboration and the MITx Research Group on Leadership Transformation and Sustainable Development, and holds a Master of International Business from the University of Florida.
